Sub: Invitation to participate in the Nyayavalokan 2012 Trial Advocacy and Judgment Writing Competition, 2012
We are pleased to inform you that the SVKM’s Pravin Gandhi College of Law, Mumbai, in association with Forensic Advice Consultancy & Training Services (FACTS), is organising a National Trial Advocacy and Judgment Writing Competition.
The competition shall be over a span of three days, i.e., 5th October to 7th October, 2012 and shall be held in the college premises. We hereby invite your esteemed institution to participate in the aforementioned competition.
The Trial Advocacy Case, Rules of the competition and the Registration form are enclosed herewith. We would be glad if you could confirm your team’s participation on or before 3rd September, 2012 via e-mail at mcs.pgcl@gmail.com. Participation is restricted to first 12 teams on first come first serve basis.
Therefore, participating colleges must send the duly filled registration form with the team details along with a registration fee of Rs 1500/- payable by DD in favour of “Pravin Gandhi College of Law” on or before 7th September, 2012 at the postal address mentioned above. Kindly e-mail a soft copy of the form to mcs.pgcl@gmail.com.
Accommodation shall be provided only on prior request. The colleges who need
accommodation facility need to make a prior intimation to the host college and send an additional demand draft for Rs. 3000/- (Rs. 750/- per person) in favour of “Pravin Gandhi College of Law” along with the registration form.
