3. Submission of memorials- 14th March,
2014 from 1 p.m. onwards till 4 p.m.
4. Late submission of memorials will lead to
negative marking of 1 point by every
1 hour from 4:00 p.m to 8:00p.m.on 14th March, 2014. A penalty of 4 marks will be imposed on the teams submitting the memorials after 8p.m. No Memorials shall be
accepted after 1:15 pm on 18th March, 2014. (Memorials shall be
accepted on 15th March till 8:00 pm)

The competition will be of four rounds {Preliminary, Quarter-final, Semi-Final
and Final Rounds.
6. Each side shall be allowed 30 minutes for their oral submissions
(Including rebuttal). One speaker cannot exceed 15 minutes in the Preliminary Round and Quarter-final Rounds. In
the Semi-finals and the Finals the teams have 45 minutes for their oral
presentations (Including rebuttal), one speaker cannot exceed 20 minutes.
7. The marks for memorials shall not be included
in the marks for oral submissions for the purpose of calculating the total in
the Preliminary Round; however in case of a tie the same shall be included.
8. The team shall consist of 3 members:
